He gained 22 pounds of muscle to play Superman.” In SyFy.com he mentioned his weight & height: “I gained about 25 pounds of muscle, and weighed about 225 pounds during the movie. Chris was taller than me. He was 6’4….I’m 6’2 ½”, although in a 2017 video claimed “I was 6’2 and 3/4 at the time, and now I’m 6’3 and a half.”
